Can I cancel my booking with no cost?
Yes, for this you must do it 10 days before the date of checkin, and it will haven’t any cost for you.
If the Cancellation is made between 7 days and 72 hours before checkin date, 50% of the booking will be returned.
And if the Cancellation is carried out 72 hours before the date of checkin, there will be no right to refund the deposit.
